Watch Ottolenghi and the Cakes of Versailles, following famous Israeli chef Yotam Ottolenghi on his quest to bring the sumptuous art and decadence of Versailles to life in cake form for the New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Art food gala inspired by the Met exhibit “Visitors to Versailles.” In preparation, Yotam travels to Versailles along with a team of veritable who’s who of the dessert world, including Dominique Ansel and Dinara Kasko — to help bring his vision to life.
After you watch the film on your own, join us on May 24 for a live Q&A discussion with Deborah Krohn, academic guide to Ottoleghi for the film.
